Unhinged Productions Presents 'Pre-Stonewall Play Readings' Series in January

Unhinged Productions will present a series of readings in January. Entitled the "Pre-Stonewall Play Readings," the events will feature staged readings of three sensational plays written before June 28, 1969. The readings will include EDWARD II by Christopher Marlowe, SALOME by Oscar Wilde, and THE CHILDREN'S HOUR by Lillian Hellman.

EDWARD II surrounds the public and private life of England's Edward II, culminating in one of history's most horrible executions. SALOME is based off the historical John the Baptist losses his head over the legendary femme fatale. THE CHILDREN'S HOUR surrounds a vengeful child destroys the lives of the two headmistresses of an exclusive girls school.

EDWARD II will take place January 10th at 11:00am, SALOME will play January 12th at 11:00am, and THE CHILDREN'S HOUR will run January 14th at 11:00am. All readings will take place a to-be-determined location.

Tickets too all readings are free of charge. Locations will be announced as soon as they are known.
