The Grand 1894 Opera House Presents THE NUTCRACKER AFTERNOON TEA

A long-time annual tradition at The Grand 1894 Opera House, "The Nutcracker Afternoon Tea" will be presented this year on Saturday, December 9 at 12:30pm at The Grand 1894 Opera House, 2020 Postoffice Street. The Nutcracker Tea continues to be an annual tradition for so many families and also offers the perfect opportunity to bring your cameras and take photos of your children or grandchildren as they meet the dancers from City Ballet of Houston's The Nutcracker cast. What a festive occasion for ballet enthusiasts of all ages. The Tea, hosted by The Grand's Board of Directors and Advisory Committee, is a fundraiser that benefits The Grand's educational programs.

Tickets for the Tea are $30 per adult; $25 per child. In addition to "The Nutcracker Afternoon Tea", look forward to attending one of three special performances of The Nutcracker, presented by City Ballet of Houston. Performance times are Saturday, December 9 at 2pm and 7:30pm; and Sunday, December 10, at 2pm. Tickets for the performance are $28 per adult; $24 per child.
