The Eklektix Theater Company prepares to bring a classic whodunit murder mystery to The Hobby Center's Artista Restaurant. At the helm of the production are director/ choreographer Bryan-Keyth Wilson, and associate choreographer Adrienne Shearer. "This is definitely the complete opposite of the last production I directed. I love comedy and when you have the chance to camp it up makes the production process even more exciting. This is a talented group of thespians and I can't wait for Houston to see this show," said Bryan-Keyth.

In this sequel to The Altos, Tony & Toffee Alto are back, by popular demand. This time, Toffee wants to be a Broadway star and Tony needs to "clean" some money. So he hires two producers to mount a hit musical - "The Mafia Queen" - starring Toffee. The only catch - the show must be sold out opening night and get great reviews, no matter what it costs - or else! Leave it to The Mallenstock Brothers and their playwright partner Eli Blain. You're invited to the opening night party to revile as the reviews come in, along with the FBI and a few stray bullets. It's a brand new evening of Mystery, Comedy, and Music which just goes to prove that sometimes when people say they're going to make a hit, they mean it!

The production cast included: Robert Pimentel and Jake Bevill as the zany Broadway production duo Baxter & Dick, The Mallenstock Brothers, Kevin Sheil as the shy playwright Eli Blain, Ryann Madden as the schizophrenic Bernie Broadhurst/ Tony Alto, Gabriella McCauley as the Broadway Chanteuse Toffee Alto, JeanNicole Rivers as the butt-kicking psychedelic FBI agent Abigail Mulder, Elisa Diehl as Broadway's infamous critic Mimi Sheraton. The production Stage Manager is Tomas Torres, costumes and by Brandie Frye & Kim Hart.

The Artista has been a home to great dinner theatre in the Houston area and the Eklektix Theatre Company is looking forward to bringing more exciting productions to the Hobby Center's Artista.

"Bullets for Broadway" runs at The Hobby Center's Artista Restaurant April 25-27, and May 1-3, 2013 800 Baby Street in Houston, Texas. Tickets $68.00 and that includes a three course dinner a glass of wine or Champagne tax and gratuity included. For reservations call 713-278-4782 or visit www.cordua.com/artista
