Theatre Under The Stars Presents Man of La Mancha, February 26 - March 10, 2013 at the Hobby Center for Performing Arts, 800 Bagby, Houston, Texas.
Inspired by Miguel de Cervantes’ 17th-century masterpiece, the five-time Tony Award-winner Man of La Mancha is an epic story of knight-errant Don Quixote, his servant Sancho and the woman of his dreams, the lovely Dulcinea. Set during the Spanish Inquisition, the tale recounts the romantic and noble journey of a man who sets out to right all wrongs and win the heart of a good woman as he duels windmills along the way. Deemed as one of the all-time great musicals of the American stage, the show features such memorable songs as “The Impossible Dream,” and “I, Don Quixote”.
