Theatre Under The Stars announced today that Megan Larche Dominick will join the organization's senior leadership team on Aug. 15 as the Associate Artistic Director / Director of New Works. In this role, she will facilitate creative management of productions and the development of new musicals.

"We are thrilled to have Megan join the TUTS family," said Artistic Director Dan Knechtges. "She brings with her a rich depth of experience that will reinforce our efforts to continually improve the quality of our productions as well as expand our ability to attract the industry's most talented creative teams and artists."

Larche Dominick is currently in her fifth season as the Casting Director and Associate Producer at The Muny in St. Louis. During her time at The Muny, she has produced over 25 mainstage productions, cast nearly 50 productions and founded The Muny/Webster Intensive, an educational summer program that brings teens from all over the country to train and perform. During the off-season, Megan produces Muny Magic at the Sheldon, an intimate Broadway concert series that has featured the talents of Tony Award® winner Beth Leavel and Oliver-Award winner Laura Michelle Kelly, among many others.

Before joining The Muny, Larche Dominick was the Associate Producer for Fox Theatricals, under the leadership of Kristin Caskey and Mike Isaacson. During her tenure, Fox Theatricals produced Bring It On: The Musical (2013 Tony® nominee for Best Musical), Grace (starring Paul Rudd), Traces (New York and National Tour) and Legally Blonde the Musical (Broadway and National Tour) and she oversaw the early development of Fun Home, which went on to win the Tony for Best Musical.

Prior to producing, Larche Dominick worked extensively in New York, casting children for all the Broadway and touring companies of Disney's The Lion King and the revival companies of Grease and A Chorus Line. While working on A Chorus Line, she appeared in the landmark documentary, Every Little Step, which chronicled the audition process. Larche Dominick also worked such movies as on True Grit, It's Complicated, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and the hit film adaptation of Hairspray. She is a proud member of the Casting Society of America.

In 2016, Larche Dominick was engaged by the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center to executive produce and cast First Date. She is an adjunct faculty member for the Webster Conservatory of Theatre, serves on the National Alliance of Musical Theatre's New Works and 2016 Festival Selection committees; was a reader for the O'Neill Center's 2018 National Musical Theatre Conference; and is a proud member of the Casting Society of America.
