Main Street Theater at Chelsea Market presents Pinkalicious, a musical based on the popular children's book by Victoria Kann and Elizabeth Kann, with music by John Gregor and lyrics by John Gregor, Elizabeth Kann & Victoria Kann. The production will be directed by Jimmy Phillips with musical direction by Steven Jones, and runs today, June 3-July 29, 2012. Main Street Theater is located at 4617 Montrose Blvd., Houston, Texas.
“Can’t I have just one more?” When Pinkalicious eats one too many pink cupcakes, she catches a case of Pinkititis and turns pink from head to toe! Only her broccoli-eating little brother can help her get out of this mess… This smash hit musical based on the popular book by Elizabeth and Victoria Kann is a reminder for all of us that sometimes too much of a good thing is not always wonderful! Recommended for Pre-Kindergarten and up. No children under 3 allowed in the theater (including sleeping babies).
Pinkalicious runs on the following schedule: Fridays at 7:30pm; Saturdays at 2pm and 5pm; Sundays at 2pm. Family Performances Monday - Friday, June 25 – 29 and July 2 – 6, 2012 at 11:30am (there is no performance on July 4).

On Saturday, June 9, MST will hold its Page to Stage book club meeting at the Blue Willow Bookshop at 10am. The club meets to talk about the books the MST Theater for Youth plays are based on, meet characters from the books, have a snack, make crafts, and hear a reading from the book. Children can bring their own copy of the book or purchase it at a discount at Blue Willow (located at 14532 Memorial Drive (at Dairy Ashford)).
