The undead will soon be swarming all over KVPAC as it masses its first ever 5K KVPAC rUndead Zombie Run 2016 this fall. The teeming begins Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 10:00 am and kicks off a plethora of ghoulishly fun events at KVPAC's 1st Annual Wicked Weekend, sponsored by Covering Katy! Activities include a costume parade and contest, an in-door arts and crafts fair, an out-door Trunk or Treat market, and a two-night Haunted House attraction.

Located at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center Complex at 2501 S Mason Rd, Ste. # 290, KVPAC is a community center right in Katy's own beautiful backyard. The run promises to be the most affordable family fun run in the country at only $35 per person or $100 for a Team of 4. All proceeds will be donated to KVPAC programming Fostering a Life-long Love of the Arts!

Runners of all ages will endure a 5K run through a zombie-infested course, testing one's speed, endurance, and strength while trying to avoid ravenous zombies! Jr Runners (under age 10) are welcome, but must be accompanied by a registered adult.

"This weekend will be all about having fun for a good cause," says Gregory Magyar and David Vollmer, KVPAC Executive Artistic Director and Executive Operations Director, respectively. "We have such talented kids in our community, and KVPAC wants to continue supporting them in every way we can. All of our programs are coming together to make this weekend special. There will be something for everyone to enjoy, kids and adults alike. For those who are unfamiliar with KVPAC, it's going to be a terrific opportunity to get to know about us and the work we do!"

Registration is open until October 22 and sponsorship opportunities are available until September 22. For further information or to sign up today on-line, visit www.kvpac.org.
