In Nassim Soleimanpour's WHITE RABBIT RED RABBIT, the performer receives a script in a sealed envelope for the first time onstage. Then actor and audience embark on a surprising journey where anything can happen. The play returns to the Alley Theatre in solo performances set for September 7, September 14 and September 21 in the Texas Room.
Alley Resident Company members Jeffrey Bean (September 7), Todd Waite (September 14) and Emily Trask (September 21) will each take on separate performances of WHITE RABBIT RED RABBIT, a lively theatrical experience featuring a different actor reading the script cold for the first time each night. With no director and no rehearsal, Bean, Waite and Trask will each tackle this daring and slyly humorous play that is unlike anything audiences have experienced before in front of a live audience.
WHITE RABBIT RED RABBIT made its Alley debut with four sold-out solo performances featuring Company Members James Black, Elizabeth Bunch, Melissa Pritchett and Chris Hutchison. Per the play's rules, a single actor can only perform the play once. It's the global sensation that no one is allowed to talk about.

WHITE RABBIT RED RABBIT has been performed more than a thousand times worldwide and has been translated into more than 20 languages.
