A. D. Players theater will open their 46th Mainstage season September 7th with Steven Deitz' award-winning play Sherlock Holmes: the final adventure at Grace Theater, 2710 W. Alabama. This production of the play, which won the 2007 Edgar Allan Poe Award for Best Mystery Play, will be its Houston professional premiere.

The cast of Sherlock Holmes: the final adventureincludes A. D. Players company actors Chip Simmons as Sherlock Holmes, Blake Weir as Doctor Watson, Craig Griffin as The King of Bohemia ,Katharine Hatcher as Irene Adler, Marty Blair as James Larrabee, and Leslie Reese as Madge Larrabee. Completing the cast are guest artists Jeff McMorrough as Professor Moriarty and Brad Zimmerman as Sid Prince.
