Macbeth at Hawaii Theatre Center

Presented by The Hawaii Theatre Young Actors' Ensemble. This year’s talented troupe of high school actors from across O`ahu takes on the challenge of Shakespeare’s darkest play. Spurred on by ambiguous promises from a trio of witches, Lord and Lady Macbeth push each other to murderous lengths to advance their vaulting ambition. In the end, they pay dearly for their crimes. Gifted musicians in HTYAE will add muscle to the production by creating an original rock soundscape.
