Sylvia features the best of Maui talent including Jackie Shea as Sylvia, Scott Newman as Greg, Marilynn Hirashima as Kate, and Kalani Whitford playing three roles: Tom, Phyllis and Leslie.
Synopsis:
Greg and Kate move to Manhattan after 22 years of child-raising in the suburbs. Greg brings home a dog he found in the park bearing only the name "Sylvia" on her name tag. A street-smart mixture of Lab and Poodle, Sylvia becomes a major bone of contention between husband and wife. "Delicious and dizzy..." -NY Times. "One of the most involving, beautiful, funny, touching and profound plays I have ever seen..." -NY Daily News. "Howlingly funny" - Backstage
Sylvia contains adult language. It runs 2 hours with one intermission.
