Manoa VAlley Theatre caps off an amazing season with a Hawaii-kine pidgin musical comedy by Lisa Matsumoto & Roslyn Catracchia from the library of Hawaii favorites. This final segment in the original "Once Upon One Time" musical comedy trilogy continues the delightful adaptation of the traditional fairy tales we all know and love. A comedic, local fantasy full of energetic songs and colorful characters, you'll meet Da Six Menehune, Da Tree Fairies, Hauna and Tantaran, Da Wicked Queen and many other local-style and traditional fairy tale characters as they go on a fun and crazy adventure.

Guest director of the production is Brad Powell. Assistant director is Carolyn Koehler. Musical Director is Matt Mazzella. Set design is by MJ Matsushita. Sound design is by Robert Matsushita. Lighting design is by Vince Liem. Costume design is by James Correy. Props design is by Sara Ward. Hair and make-up design is by Lisa Ponce de Leon. Performing in the show are Aimee Nelson, Allan Okubo, Apu (Apuauro) Turano, Blake Goodman, Brittney Kawahara, Buffy (Lelea`e) Kahalepuna-Leong, Christie Brooke, Claire Alegre, Darian Aquino, Daryl Bonilla, Devon Nekoba, Dwayne Asiata, Dylan Lee, Elliot Dimacali, Gianni (Giancarlo) Minga, Jaime Bradner, Jarod Bailon, Jarren Amian, Jhem Felipe, John M. Cummings III, Johnny `Imaikalani Pastor, Jonah Moananu, Justin Chun, Kalia Ongolea, Kat (Katerina) Walter, Keely Uchida, Kenny Kusaka, Leimomi Herrell, Liza Corotan, Majesty Greer, Manu (Manumahie) Napoleon, Nadia Amian, Norissa Goodman, Novell Goodman, Oki (Ryan) Okinaka, Patricia Likiaksa, Ray (Rayton) Lamay, Tevin Reiger, Tracy Hanayo Okubo and Tyler Kanemori.

All shows of this production are at KAIMUKI HIGH SCHOOL and will run June 29 - July 16. Show times are Thur. 7:30 p.m., Fri. 8 p.m., Sat. 8 p.m., and Sun. 4 p.m. Tickets are $40. Seniors and military are admitted for $35, youth 18 - 25 are $22, youth 5-17 years old are $15. Call 988-6131 or purchase tickets online at manoavalleytheatre.com. Tickets are also available at all military ticket outlets. The play is performed in two acts with one intermission. Approximate running time is approximately two hours 15 minutes. Minimum age is 5.
