Open auditions will be held to cast the 45th season opening show Joker, by Yilong Liu. The show will be directed by Wil Kahele and runs August 27 - September 27, 2015.
Joe's normal simple life unravels as a promise kept is threatened by a visit of a man from his past. Love, secrets and betrayal abound in this realistic look into lives touched by fear of exposing one man's love for another.
There will be a free audition workshop held from 2:00-4:00 pm, today, June 13, 2015, also at Kumu Kahua Theatre. This workshop is an opportunity for all interested to work with the script and director, and learn the best way to prepare for this audition.
