Les Dames d'Escoffier Hawaii Chapter is holding its first Christmas Cookie Basket Sale to benefit their "Dames who Donate" Scholarship Fund. After the fantastic success of the sale of Cookie Baskets at the MW/Les Dames d'Escoffier 30th Anniversary Baker Faire & Market in July, the chapter is following up with a special Christmas Cookie Basket this year. Gracious sponsors of the fundraiser include Containerland and Kerry Gold Butter.
Each Basket will contain an assortment of 7 of the following 8 cookies sets: (Baskets will have different cookie assortments and bows.)

Grandma's Cookies from MW - Dame Michelle Karr-Ueoka
Each Basket will contain a package of one of the following teas from The Tea Chest - Dame Satomi Goo: Poha Berry, Pineapple Strawberry, Mango Peach or Passionfruit Orange. There will also be a card inside to let the lucky gift receiver know if there are nuts in any of the cookies.
Cost: $25/basket + tax.

The Hawaii Chapter of Les Dames d' Escoffier International's goal is to offer Scholarships for Education and Continuing Education Grants for Mentorships both locally and abroad, to Kama'aina female applicants who are pursuing careers in the food, fine beverage and hospitality industries. These awards range between $500 - $5000 and are based on financial need, achievement, experience, and potential for success in the culinary trade. The Mission of "Dames who Donate" is to promote and inspire local women to dream big and become leaders in their chosen field.
