Mars Comedy presents the Guys With Issues Comedy Showcase tonight, September 8th, 2012, Saturday in Hawaiian Brian's Showroom at 1680 Kapiolani Boulevard; Honolulu, HI 96814. Door and bar opens at 6:30 PM with the show starting at 7:30 PM. It is a stand-up comedy show hosted by Big Steve of 93.1 FM's Da Pa'ina and features Hawaii comedians Kaleo Naiga, Teresa Sickels, David Lee, Jose Dynamite, Paul Kane, Jonny Sparkles, and James Mane.
The Guys With Issues Comedy Podcast is an internet comedy talk show based out of Honolulu, HI with three local Hawaii comedians, starring the creator of MarsComedy.com James Mane and co-hosts Russel Kealoha and Jonny Sparkles. It's a round table forum where they discuss and debate current events and a few of their own personal issues in a humorous way.
The podcasts are recorded or broadcasted live out of their studio in Club 939, Hawaii's Premiere Gentlemen's Club and have various guests which includes:
- Adult film stars London Keyes and Charmane Star.
- National comedians Tommy Davidson of In Living Color, Joe Torry who was a former host of Def Comedy Jam, and Christopher "Kid" Reid of rap group Kid 'N Play and the House Party movies.
- Import Car Model Christine Mendoza.
- Local comedians' Shawn Felipe who tours internationally and Ferndando Pacheco who is also from the band Pimpbot.
- Star-Advertiser's Pulse blogger Wendie Burbridge.
With more guests to come. The humor and chemistry within the three hosts and occasional guests has added to the popularity of the podcast.
