The Laboratory Theater of Florida will present a SoDis (socially distant) reading of Scott Sickles' "Intellectuals on Tuesday, May 5th, at 7 pm on our Facebook and YouTube pages. With theaters around the world dark to help curb the spread of the global pandemic, artists are anxious to get back to performing. While the loss of at least four months of income is daunting, the loss of artistic opportunities is also devastating. To fill this need for community and art, the SoDis (socially-distant) Theater Project was born. "Intellectuals" by Scott Sickles is a dramatic comedy about love, marriage, and the change inherent in embracing your true self. Join us on Facebook or on our YouTube page. This performance is free, but please consider donating to the theater so that we may continue to provide programming while our stage is dark. http://paypal.me/LabTheaterFL Thank you. Please enjoy the performance!
