About
The Cincinnati Fringe Festival, known as Cincy Fringe, is a 14-day celebration of theatre, art, music, film, dance, and more. Running each May and June, the festival presents over 170 performances across 35+ productions, alongside art galleries, screenings, concerts, workshops, and nightly parties. Produced by Know Theatre of Cincinnati, Cincy Fringe transforms venues across the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood into pop-up theatres, creating a unique and immersive festival experience. The festival is known for its support of independent and experimental work, providing artists with a platform to showcase bold and innovative performances.
Submission Requirements
Cincy Fringe focuses on new and original works that demonstrate innovation, diversity, and passion. Artists are encouraged to review the Fringe Guide Archive and past Fringe Award Winners (Picks of the Fringe) to ensure their submission is distinct from work presented at the festival in the last three years. The festival accepts a wide range of performance styles and disciplines, embracing creativity and experimentation.
