Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre (FMCT) offers two public performances of The True Story of the Three Little Pigs on Saturday, February 3 at 5pm and Sunday, February 4 at 2pm at The Stage at Island Park.
The True Story of the Three Little Pigs! puts the Big Bad Wolf on trial for the destruction and dismay he caused to three poor little pigs. But is the Wolf actually guilty, or can he shake off familiar accusations and convince an audience of skeptics that he is actually friend, not foe, to swine-kind? In this continuation of a classic tale, the audience decides the verdict at the end.
The True Story of the Three Little Pigs! is FMCT's 2018 Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) production. With content catered specifically to school-aged children, the show will also be seen by over 1,500 students from around the region in a series of daytime matinees. Directed by FMCT Education Coordinator, Sarah Arnold, with music direction by Paul Hartmann III, the cast includes: Brandon Hecker, Carina DuMarce, Hannah Birttnen, James M. Cavo, Krissy Borud, Mariah Spillers, Miranda Pautzke.
Tickets go on sale Monday, January 15. Tickets can be purchased online at fmct.org or over the phone at 701.235.6778.
