Seeking:
MARY
(Female, 40’s) A divorced librarian. She is “still” pretty. The motherly type. Has a vivid imagination and feels it is her duty to protect her best friend from danger, be it real or imagined. Has no problem enlisting others to do her dirty work for her.
JO
(Female, 40’s) A divorced publicist. Mary’s best friend. Very sardonic. Goes along with and feeds into Mary’s schemes. Concerned for her friend’s welfare.
LIZ
(Female, 40’s) Mary’s other best friend. Divorced Director of Admissions at the local university. She is boy-crazy and a bit of a drama Queen. Has a new dentist boyfriend who is a little odd and may be involved in a missing persons case.
AMANDA
(Female, 19) Seeking non-union actress only for this role. Liz’s daughter, an exceptionally pretty college student whose SAT’s were in the single digits. Has recently broken up with her boyfriend. Likes her mother’s new boyfriend despite his oddities and is planning to go on a weekend camping trip with him.
