ENSEMBLE MALE DANCERS:

Need strong classical dancers. We are not looking for tap dancers, jazz dancers, or “hoofers.” Men should wear ballet shoes.

There is no solo singing for the dancers (except ‘Meg’), but they will have to carry some vocal responsibility in the ensemble numbers.

In addition, there is the principal role of ‘Meg’ who is a member of the Corps de Ballet. She should appear to be between 16 and 18 years old. The range is mezzo-soprano to G. We will also be looking for girls for future replacements for this role at this dance call.
