BREAKDOWN
BUTCH (20’S/30’s) Butch and his brother Jesse are a kind of modern day Laurel and Hardy. Butch is always the one with the plan. He thinks he needs to protect Jesse.
JESSE (20’S/30’s) Jesse is childlike – sweet, innocent and eager to please – an idiot with a huge heart.
MAJOR BEDD / ZED (40’s) Major Bedd is arrogant, power hungry and insecure. Very wound up, clearly has something up his ass. He’s an aspiring Vladimir Putin. Zed is his Peace-loving twin brother.
PRINCESS SAFIA (20’S) The King and Queen’s only child, she’s a little bratty, but basically sweet underneath. When her country is in danger she finds her strength.
OONA (20’S) She’s led a very sheltered life, due to a cruel and demanding father. When she finally escapes, she’s desperate to do something big to give her life meaning.
KING/ALBERT (50’s) The King is a sweet but inefficient ruler. Albert is the spokesman for the townspeople.
