Equity actors and actor/singers for various principal roles in the upcoming season.

REVISED 1/16: NOTE: The theatre is no longer seeking actors for A CHRISTMAS CAROL at this EPA.

Preparation
Please EITHER:

1) Two brief contrasting monologues; or
2) Two contrasting 16-bar musical selections; or
3) A brief monologue and a 16 bar musical selection.

Accompanist provided.

Total audition time should not exceed 2 minutes.

Bring picture/resume.

Father — when he isn’t inventing the alphabet or the wheel, George is struggling to keep his family’s head above water as well as save the world.

Mother — the glue that holds the family together.

Gladys Antrobus
daughter — the perfect child and her mother makes sure it stays that way.

Henry Antrobus
son — the representation of our capacity for evil. Sullen and broody.

Lily Sabina
Role CAST Antrobus’s maid, beauty queen, temptress

Mr. Fitzpatrick
Role CAST the stage manager, stops the play from time to time to make adjustments.

Of the six actresses, Alison has the most lyrical and warm voice, sings "Downtown" and others.

Sings “It's My Party,” You Don't Know Me,” “Wishin' and Hopin',” “A Natural Woman,” and others.

Gina
African American. Portrays Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin and the lead singer of the Starlets.
