JOHN WESLEY LYLE
(Male, Caucasian, Mid-teens) Seeking an actor who can believably play 15-16 years old. John Wesley is the only child of a charismatic Christian minister. His father has been demoted from a large church in Denver and sent to a small ranching town in rural Colorado. Added to John Wesley's troubles, his parents' marriage is breaking down. He feels isolated, angry, rebellious, disturbed sometimes sullen. He's naturally sensitive and passionate, but also feels powerless. He desperately needs a friend or girlfriend. A handsome, masculine boy. Requires very strong dramatic actor.
