Wheelock Family Theatre is seeking Equity Actors, for principal roles in DISNEY'S BEAUTY & THE BEAST. Strong actors, singers, and dancers are encouraged to audition.
Colorful Casting has been a WFT policy for 36 years. Actors of all ethnicities are encouraged to audition..

Belle - Female, 19+, Vibrant, intelligent young woman with inner beauty, who wants more from life than what seems in store. Vocal range: F5-E3.
Beast – Male, 30+, A Prince transformed into a beast due to his lack of compassion. Vocal range: F4-A2. SEEKING UNDERSTUDY ONLY
Gaston – Male, 25+, Egotistical, ultra-masculine and determined to marry Belle. Vocal range: E4-A2.
Maurice – Male, 50+, Belle’s loving, eccentric father. Vocal range: Db4-Bb2.
Cogsworth –Male, 40+, A tightly-wound, enchanted mantle clock. The head of the Beast’s household. Vocal range: E4-A2.
Mrs. Potts – Female, 45+, A warm-hearted, maternal enchanted teapot. Vocal range: G5-F#3. SEEKING UNDERSTUDY ONLY
Lumiere – Male, 25+, A suave, debonair enchanted candelabra. Vocal range: F#4-F#2.
Babette – Female, 25+, A saucy, enchanted feather-duster. The object of Lumiere’s affections. Vocal range: F5-C4.
Madame De Bouche – Female, 35+, A former opera diva, now enchanted wardrobe. Vocal range: D5-C#4.
Lefou – Male, 25+, Gaston’s bumbling sidekick. Vocal range: F#4-B2.
