Breakdown

Audition Preparation Instructions

To audition for the musicals: prepare a brief song that shows range and personality and is within the style of BST 2016 musicals: A Little Night Music and Das Barbecu. A brief contemporary monologue is optional. Bring sheet music in the correct key. Accompanist will be provided.

To audition for the plays: prepare a brief contemporary monologue (approx. 90 seconds) or 2 very brief contrasting monologues (approx. 60 seconds each) in the style of listed productions.

Total audition time should not exceed TWO minutes.

Bring picture and resume.
