Touring Agreement
$1036 weekly minimum (Level 5) - The minimum base weekly salary for the positions being auditioned for is established by a collective bargaining agreement between The Broadway League Inc., on behalf of the above-named producer, and Actors' Equity Association.

If you would like to be seen for the role of Neil Then, you should accompany yourself on guitar for your audition. If you are being seen for the Doctor, you can prepare a short monologue. The employer will accept 126 video submissions from Equity members. Members will sign up online for one of the 126 slots. Only members who get one of the 126 slots will receive a confirmation e-mail with the preparation and submission information. After members' submissions have been viewed, the employer will notify each member who viewed their audition.
An Equity Monitor will be provided.

NEIL NOW – (Male, White, 60s-70s) NEIL DIAMOND is a singer-songwriter/musician. A great singer.
NEIL THEN – (Male, White, 30s-40s) NEIL DIAMOND is a singer-songwriter/musician. A great singer and guitar player.
DOCTOR – (Female, 40s-50s) The DOCTOR is Neil Diamond’s therapist. This role does not sing.
MARCIA MURPHEY – (Female, White, 30s-40s) MARCIA works at the Bitter End and is Neil Diamond’s second wife. She is a slender blonde beauty. A great singer and dancer.
JAYE POSNER – (Female, White, 30s-40s) JAYE is Neil Diamond’s supportive and enthusiastic first wife. A great singer.
BERT BERNS/KIEVE DIAMOND – (Male, White, 60s) BERT BERNS is a record executive. KIEVE DIAMOND is Neil Diamond’s father. A great singer.
TOMMY O’ROURKE/FRED WEINTRAUB – (Male, White, 60s) TOMMY is a mob-boss. FRED is the manager at the Bitter End. A great singer.
ELLIE GREENWICH/ROSE DIAMOND – (Female, White, 30s-40s) ELLIE GREENWICH is a singer, songwriter, and record producer who discovers Neil Diamond. ROSE is Neil Diamond’s mother. A great singer.
