Teatro La Quindicina takes a bow on their 2018 season with a madcap Stewart Lemoine screwball comedy. Not seen since 2003, this classic caper is set in the world of magazine publishing in 1950s Manhattan. A famous literary hoax begets a further series of deceptions, misunderstandings, and outright lies, until things come to a head in the smallest hotel room in New York.
Skirts on Fire is presided over by a cast including Ron Pederson, Louise Lambert, Andrew Macdonald-Smith, Paula Humby, Kendra Connor, andAndrea House as Evangeline Gold.
"What a way to say good bye to our 2018 Season," says Artistic Producer Jeff Haslam. "It's been 15 years since our audiences have seen this original Lemoine comedy and now it's time for a whole new generation of theatre goers to experience it for the first time."
Skirts on Fire is Directed by Stewart Lemoine with a creative team including Costume Designer Leona Brausen; Set Designer Chantel Fortin; Lighting Designer MATTHEW ALAN Currie, Stage Manager Rachel Rudd.
