Elle Woods is queen of the Delta Nus. But then, omigod, her boyfriend dumps her for a more serious life, and wife, at Harvard Law. But this Malibu blonde doesn't know the meaning of "no." She charms her way into Harvard Law. She defends accused murderess/fitness guru Brooke Wyndham and proves to her professor and peers she's got what it takes to be a legal eagle. And ultimately Elle learns that being true to one's self is always in style. Celebrate girl power with this musical based on the 2001 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer motion picture.

The Playhouse production features Katy Merriman (Doralee Rhodes, "9 to 5: The Musical") as Elle, Charlie Reese ("The Producers") as Emmett, Jill Ziegler (JoAnne Jefferson, "Rent") as Paulette, Jonathan Brugioni (Roger, "Rent") as Warner, Kent Fieldsend (Lawrence Jameson, "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels") as Callahan, Megan Helmers (Miss Sandra, "All Shook Up") as Brooke, and newcomer Samantha Tucker as Vivienne.
