Des Moines Community Playhouse Presents 'If You Give a Mouse a Cookie', 6/16-18

Join the Des Moines Community Playhouse, June 16-18, for a special Friday Funday event, "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie." This story is the final performance in the 2010-11 season of Friday Funday. Performances are at The Playhouse, at 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM on Thursday and Friday, and 1:00 and 4:00 PM on Saturday. This show is approximately 60 minutes in length. Admission is $8 per person, adults and children. Reservations are suggested and can be made by calling The Playhouse box office at 515-277-6261.

What do you give a hungry, talkative mouse? Why, you give him a cookie! Of course, once you do that, what do you think will happen next? Come join the Friday Funday cast for this charming adaptation of Laura Numeroff's bestselling children's book, "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie".

The Playhouse is Iowa's oldest and largest producing theatre. Located at the 42nd Street exit of I-235, the theatre has presented a full season of shows since 1919 and also offers a wide variety of educational experiences including classes for ages 4 to adult, theatre trips to New York, and volunteer opportunities onstage and backstage.
