At the end of Billy Hell, the deadly gunfighter, Silly Billy, was shot dead. But the love of his life isn’t willing to take dead for an answer. She said she’d follow him to hell if need be. And so she will. The thrilling and darkly comedic culmination of the Billy & Bessy saga heralds the end of the Old West. The time of gunslingers and Lakota, mystery and lawlessness is ending. But not without a fight.
