Triptych Theatre presents "Gruesome Playground Injuries," by Rajiv Josef, directed by Eric Hunnicutt, and starring Laila Ayad and Jamie Wollrab, running July 10 - 20, 2014.
Over the course of 30 years, the lives of Kayleen and Doug intersect at the most bizarre intervals, leading the two childhood friends to compare the scars and physical calamities that keep drawing them together.
"In Gruesome Playground Injuries, it's love at first sight for Kayleen and Doug. Of course, they're only eight years old, and what fascinates them about each other is that they're both twisted little souls." Lawson Taitte, Dallas Morning News.
