About the Big 50+ Slumber Party: Saturday night, March 30 from 8:45 PM to 1:30 AM will be the Big 50+ Slumber Party. The event will include an Art Display with portraits of inductees to the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame and a "Women Over 50 heart to heart discussion" about "Hidden Challenges of Aging: The Real Deal." The Slumber Party will also feature a Beauty Corner from ThuLe of Allure Spa; Hair care, styles and advice from Cheryl Smith of Styles Above the Rest and a Fashion Show from Henri's of Denver, plus plenty of food, fun and more. Participants are encouraged to take advantage of the $99 hotel room deal, available with The Double Tree Hotel for this event (rooms must be booked by 2/28/19.)

About the Keynote Speaker, Edith Renfrow Smith: Edith Renfrow Smith was born in 1914 in Grinnell, Iowa and is still enjoying a fulfilling life at the age of 104. Her husband passed away August 13, 2013 at the age of 98. Though she resides in a retirement community in the Chicago area, Edith is what is known as a "super ager" according to Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. The super ager group is made up of adults over the age of 80 who have cognitive abilities of adults in their 50's and 60's. This incredible research group is now nine years old and is helping to unlock the secrets to aging and brain power. Edith has lived through 18 presidents and can remember meeting Amelia Earhart.

About Charlotte Haymore: After a 22 year career with United Airlines working in various positions including reservations sales agent, customer service representative, and a diversity trainer, Charlotte Haymore set out to fulfill her life dream and became an accomplished Speaker, Author and Dream Coach. She presents exciting keynote speeches throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Her goal is to help women 50+ Discover and Develop Dreams so they can live their best lives. She focuses on helping empty nesters, women with 'on hold' dreams and women who fear it's too late for personal dream success; and she leads impactful workshops.
