Spotlight Theatre Company presents "It's A Wonderful Life: a live radio play" and "A Christmas Carol: a live radio play" by Joe Landry and Kevin Connors, a delightful holiday repertory! Directed by Andy Anderson and Kris Graves, the shows run November 18 - December 18, 2016.

YULE love these two Holiday shows playing in repertory. All of your favorite characters from It's a Wonderful Life and A Christmas Carol are here, created by five actors who play over fifty roles! Joins us as we re-create a 1940's radio station, complete with microphones, applause sign, and sound effects station!

The cast includes Marcus Turner (Jake Laurents), Regina Fernandez-Steffen (Sally Applewhite), Chas Lederer (Harry "Jazzbo" Heywood), Martha Harmon Pardee (Lana Sherwood), Wade Livingston (Freddie Filmore) and Luke Rahmsdorff-Terry (The Foley Artist).


"It's A Wonderful Life: a live radio play"

This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve.

"A Christmas Carol: a live radio play"

The Charles Dickens holiday classic comes to life as a live 1940s radio broadcast, complete with vintage commercials for fruitcake (extra-fancy), and the magic of live sound effects and musical underscoring. A handful of actors bring dozens of characters to the stage, as the familiar story unfolds: Three ghosts take Ebenezer Scrooge on a thrilling journey to teach him the true meaning of Christmas.
