Opera Colorado invites members of the community to apply for a non-singing supernumerary role in its upcoming season-closing production of Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro. A supernumerary (usually referred to as a "super") contributes their time and talent to the production by acting in a non-speaking/non-singing role, similar to being an extra in a movie.
For this production, Opera Colorado seeks three men to act as servants in the household of the Count and Countess Almaviva.

Early staging rehearsals will take place between April 13-23 at the Opera Colorado Opera Center in Englewood, Colo. Technical rehearsals, dress rehearsals and all performances will take place on varying dates between April 26-May 12, at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House at Denver Performing Arts Complex in downtown Denver.
