The Marketing Director/Office Manager is a vital part of the OpenStage's growing administrative staff. This position will take a lead role in planning, executing, and analyzing OpenStage's dynamic marketing plan as we engage with new audiences and deepen our relationship to current supporters. Working alongside the Managing Director, this position will oversee office management in a friendly environment that encourages personal fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Work alongside Managing Director and a marketing firm to create and implement both annual and long-term marketing plan
Manage and create content for multiple social media platforms
Manage website content
Work with graphic artists, designers, and printers to create all graphic and print items
Create basic graphic design for print items, website, email, and social media
Create written content for all marketing and promotional materials
Collect and analyze data for social media and marketing efforts
Manage direct mail campaigns
Manage and develop all media contacts
Office Management:
Manage all office operations and systems, including (but not limited to) databases, supplies, phones, document management, clerical support, general inquiries and equipment management.
Assisting Managing Director:
Works with the Managing Director to create, plan, manage and implement special events.
Supports the Managing Director in all areas as required.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a friendly office setting and enjoys taking ownership of projects. This position is designed for a highly responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual. Experience in marketing, managing social media, copywriting, office software programs and events preferred. A love of the arts, particularly theatre, is highly preferred.
