Due to late-stage development trademark issues, Creede Repertory Theatre will unfortunately not be bringing I Love St. Lucy by John DiAntonio to the stage in 2015. The theatre is thrilled to announce its replacement with goofy romantic comedy, Good on Paper by George Brant.
Good on Good on Paper stars Caitlin Wise as Peg, a lonely police-sketch artist who prefers the company of her many drawings of criminals to the real men in her life. But when her romance-novelist sister gives her a mysterious hand-carved pencil, her sketches begin to come to life! Peg finally has the "perfect" man -- because she drew him that way. Unfortunately, she also has an apartment full of hilarious criminals because she drew them, too. This modern Pygmalion tale asks the question: does love define or defy perfection? But also - how do you keep the good guy and lose the creeps?
Also featuring John DiAntonio, Mehry Eslaminia, Logan Ernstthal and Brian Kusic, Good on Paper's world premiere will open CRT's historic 50th anniversary season in the Ruth on May 29th and run through September 18th.
Tickets for Good on Paper and the rest of our season are available now online at www.creederep.org and through our box office. Do you have questions about your tickets? Call us at (719) 658.2540.
