Evergreen Players Opens Jeff Daniels' APARTMENT 3A at CenterStage Tomorrow

Reeling from the loss of what she thought was the love of her life, public television employee Annie Wilson has lost her faith in God, men and even PBS. She finds a spiritual combatant in Elliot, who is happy to deliberate the specifics of his Catholic beliefs without having a firm grasp on them. Through his persistence and faith, Elliot hopes to teach her what it truly means to be in love forever.

Evergreen Players presents "Apartment 3A" March 21 through April 13 at CenterStage, 27608 Fireweed Drive, Evergreen, CO, 80439. The cast includes Kelly Dwyer (Annie Wilson), Joe Von Bokern (Elliot), Sam Gilstrap (Donald, Peter Marullo (Tony) and Luke Terry (Dal).

Jeff Daniels, who is currently starring in HBO's "The Newsroom" written by Aaron Sorkin, made his film debut in "Ragtime" in 1981. He went on to appear in the films "Terms of Endearment," The Purple Rose of Cairo, "Arachnophobia," Dumb and Dumber, "Pleasanttville" and "Good Night, and Good Luck" just to name a few. He was nominated for the 2009 Tony Award for Best Performance for a Leading Actor in a Play for "God of Carnage." Daniels founded, and serves as executive director for, the not-for-profit Purple Rose Theater Company in Chelsea, Michigan. Since its founding in 1991, the company has produced more than 10 of Daniels' own plays.
