Join a near life-size version of Tommy Lee Jones as he waxes poetic about cowboy boots, his life as a movie star, and his love of opera...particularly Puccini's Turandot. Operated by three Buntporters and voiced by a fourth, this look-alike of the beloved actor sits in a café, enjoying a good slice of pie, and takes you on a journey, aided only by Jane, his waitress, and the odd salt shaker or two.
This remount marks the mid-way point of Buntport's 14th season in Denver. Proceeded by Naughty Bits, it will be followed by a world premiere tentatively titled Middle-aged People Sitting in Boxes. In addition to these
full-length productions, Buntport creates several monthly programs and hosts even more...From all ages entertainment to quirky one-off nights of comedy, Buntport is the place to be for original theater.
