In 2012, Buntport created A Knight to Remember: My Quest to Gallantly Recapture the Past by Brian Colonna, an absurd comedy in which Brian explored his childhood dreams of knighthood. The premise was that some members of the Buntport ensemble abandoned this haphazard quest about honor, love, and all the things you learned and lost, leaving Brian to flounder on stage. We are now bringing this story back. But, instead of a straight re-mount, we have updated sections and created new challenges. This time, at age 40, will Brian finally be able to recapture a bit of his youth? Has Hannah learned anything about running tech since last time? Is Erin simply still vying for stage time? All these questions (and more) answered in Remembering a Knight to Remember.
Remembering a Knight to Remember is the final full-length play of Buntport's 17th season (hot on the heels of The Book Handlers). It runs in addition to several monthly programs: Siren Song, Third Tuesdays, Magnets on the Fridge #newDenver, and The Narrators.
