Auditions for 'Northglenn’s Got Talent' Take Place 8/13 & 14

Auditions for all ages and styles are being held August 13-14 for "Northglenn's Got Talent." The talent show is a FUNdraiser for the Northglenn Arts and Humanities Foundation (NAHF). Auditions and performance will be held at the D.L. Parsons Theatre inside the Northglenn Recreation Center at 11801 Community Center Drive in Northglenn. It is sponsored by NAHF and all proceeds benefit the Foundation.

The auditions on August 13th and 14th are by appointment only and can be made by calling (303) 450-8800. Participants do not have to be Northglenn residents. Acts must be family friendly and pet acts are welcome. There is a $5 entry fee if selected to perform in the talent show. If your act has multiple performers, each performer must pay the entry fee. Each act will be two to three minutes with NO MORE THAN one minute
set-up and one minute tear down. There will be 3 to 4 microphones, an electric keyboard, and CD sound system for pre-recorded music provided. There will be prizes. Winners Talent Show tickets are $8. Tickets available in advance at the Northglenn Recreation Center (303) 450-8800, and at the door if not sold out.

The Winners Talent Show is on Friday, September 17th. There is a 5:30 p.m. reception with the performances from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The Northglenn Arts and Humanities Foundation (NAHF) is a 501(c)3 organization that provides funding for quality youth theatre, public art, and other cultural endeavors in our community. NAHF was founded in 1990.
