21st Annual Microbreweries for the Environment Benefit Set for the Boulder Theater, 4/19

KGNU, Boulder Weekly and Z2 Entertainment are proud to present the 21st annual Microbreweries for the Environment benefit featuring Juno What?! to the Boulder Theater on Friday, April 19th, 2013. Tickets are on sale to the public for $22 in advance and $24 the day of the show.

Since 1993, the Microbreweries for the Environment benefit has raised nearly $145,000 for local environmental causes. The proceeds from this year's benefit will further the environmental initiatives of five local non-profit organizations: CU Environmental Center, Nederland Compost and Recycling Recovery, Cottonwood Institute, Growe Foundation, and Bicycle Longmont.

Twenty Colorado microbreweries serve their best beers for only $2/pint. Admission includes a commemorative pint glass. Participants can opt to purchase a sampler glass for $12 to partake in unlimited tastings.

Participating breweries: Asher Brewing Company, Aspen Brewing Company, Avery Brewing Company, Boulder Beer Company, Breckenridge Brewery, Bristol Brewing Company, Dillon DAM Brewery, The Fort Collins Brewery, Great Divide Brewing Company, Left Hand Brewing Company, New Belgium Brewing Co., New Planet Beer Company, Odell Brewing Company, Oskar Blues Brewery, Prost Brewing, Shine Brewing Co, Ska Brewing, Twisted Pine Brewery, Upslope Brewing Company, West Flanders Brewing Company.

Juno What?! (http://junowhat.net/) is the evening's featured entertainment. Juno What?! will get the crowd moving with electro-funk and high-energy disco jams. Special guests will be announced in early April.
