Because these roles can be played with a younger or older cast, the director has no preconceived notion of the age of the characters. The show will be cast with the best fit for the cast as a whole.

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. The director would like to ask those auditioning for the male roles to be prepared to read in a Brooklyn accent, as well as those auditioning for the female roles to be prepared to read in a British accent (the Queen’s English, not cockney). The inability to perform with these accents will not eliminate someone from being cast in this production. The director may or may not choose to use accents in this production.
