This Christmas classic features all the characters everyone came to love in the movie. Clarence is likely to get his wings, George is likely to live on and get his girl, Mary, and Mr. Potter... Well, if you don't know the story yet, Director Jerry Gietka suggests you get tickets while they are still available and get ready for a warm and happy dose of holiday spirit. He adds, if you do know the story, you know you want to see it again, performed live at Possum Hall.
True to the original Frank Capra production on the big screen, the stage production of "It's a Wonderful Life" also celebrates faith of the season and the American philosophy of hard work, fair play and the love and support of one's family and community will be rewarded.
Coming from many areas of southern Delaware, the cast is made up of more than 20 community theatre actors of all ages. "It's a Wonderful Life" is appropriate for all audiences.
"It's A Wonderful Life" is produced through special arrangement with Dramatic Publishing.
Possum Point Players is supported, in part, by grants from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency dedicated to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
