The Grand's upcoming season offers a variety of performances, including neo soul and jazz performer Kandace Springs, who kicks off the season live @ the baby grand on Sunday, August 7 with special guest Maya Belardo, a recent Cab Calloway School of the Arts graduate and jazz artist. Following that will be a wide range of shows, from family-geared artists like The Wiggles (Sept. 22) and The Greatest Pirate Story Never Told! (Jan. 28) to an evening with pre-eminent humor writer and social critic David Sedaris (Apr. 12). Also included in The Grand's 2016-2017 season is a newly announced performance by mountain music rivalists Old Crow Medicine Show on September 21, and the return of a capella sensation Straight No Chaser for two shows on November 13.
