Georgetown DE It's Christmas time and Elvis is in the building! Or should we say, in the Hall when Possum Point Players present "Hollywood Holiday" Dec. 5, 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14; Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 pm and Sunday shows will began at a special curtain time of 3 pm.
Seats are going fast for the original musical written and directed by Donna de Kuyper. The show within a show takes you to a live performance of a special holiday Ed Sullivan Show set in Hollywood. Elvis shares the billing with a host of other stars likely to have been seen on the Sullivan show in the 60s.The large cast of characters includes such stars as Sonny and Cher, Phyllis Diller, Jack Benny, Diana Ross, Glenn Campbell and many more. Portraying these stars of the past and present are area actors, singers and dancers who represent communities from Dover to Dagsboro.
The cast for "Hollywood Holiday" includes the following Liane Hansen, Bethany Beach; Alex Ferree, Bridgeville; Megan Hudson, Dagsboro; Chris Polo, Dover; Pat Hudson, Frankford; Alfonso Price, Braeden Swain, Cat Timko, Claudius Bowden, Danny Keenan, Geria Sturgis, Kassie Warrington, Linda Williams and Mike Williams of Georgetown; Kyra Cutsail, Sherry Fraser, Laurel; Asia Hobbs, Charlie Meyer, Cindy Cinnamon, Delaney Cinnamon, Marcus Shockley, Deni Robinson, Howard Dashiell, Isabella Robinson, Julia Bloom and Mike Mahaffie of Lewes.

PPP also reminds patrons of the Sunday performances of "Hollywood Holiday" that the starting time for those matinees will be 3 PM. Friday and Saturday performances will retain a 7:30 start time.
