Barefoot in the Park is a romantic comedy about two newlyweds: Corie, a free spirit who 'jumps into life' and Paul, a buttoned-down, buttoned- up new attorney, as they negotiate the challenges of married life, a 5th floor walk-up, an ever-present mother, and a nosy neighbor.

Directed at Candlelight by Paul Nolan, Barefoot in the Park features David Polgar and Sarah Robertson as Paul and Corie Bratter, the newlyweds; Susan Giddings as Mrs. Banks, Corrie's mother; Jason Klemm as Victor Velasco; and Frank Shierloh as HarRy Pepper. Nominated for 3 Tony Awards with a win for Best Director (Mike Nichols), Barefoot in the Park was Neil Simon's 1st Broadway smash hit and longest running show. Barefoot is a laugh-fest as only Neil Simon can deliver!

Barefoot in the Park is made possible, in part, through support from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency committed to nurturing and supporting the arts in Delaware, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
