The Nutcracker - First State Ballet Theatre - December 22-23 @ The Grand
A family Christmas tradition continues this year with First State Ballet Theatre's The Nutcracker. The second part of this release mentions The Illusionists coming to The Playhouse. FSBT serves illusion as well. Owing to FSBT performances past, their NUTCRACKER suspends reality and fairy tale illusion takes over the stage with the power, passion and precision of these dancers. It will be a glorious and inspiring production this year.
19 of the dancers are under contract with the company. The audition process is daunting. One advantage of being with the company is that the dancers learn many and various dances that will further their career.
