Victoria Theatre Association (VTA) and Five Rivers MetroParks present Cory Richards' Untamed Wild, the last show in the 2015 National Geographic Live Series on April 20 at 7 p.m. Nat Geo Live!, sponsored by Fifth Third Bank, is a three-part speaker series showcasing the world through the eyes of explorers, photographers, and filmmakers. Each event is held at the historic Victoria Theatre in downtown Dayton.

UNTAMED WILD is Monday, April 20, 2015 at 7 p.m. Climbing at five, a high school dropout at 14, and the first American to climb an 8,000 meter peak in winter at 29, Cory Richards' path has been anything but "normal." A climber for the North Face athlete team, much of his work has extended from expeditions to the greater ranges of the world, where he has carved a niche as one of the leading adventure and expedition photographers. Richards' camera has taken him from the controlled and complex studio to the wild and remote corners of Nepal and Pakistan, all in the attempt to capture not only the soul of adventure and exploration, but the beauty inherent in our modern society as well. The show will be followed by a Q&A Session with Richards about his adventurous experiences.
