VTA Cool Films Series to Screen AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, 8/21-23

Victoria Theatre Association continues the Cool Films Series' incredible line-up of films at the historic Victoria Theatre with the 1951 classic AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, starring Gene Kelly and Leslie Caron, August 21-22 at 7 p.m. and August 23 at 3 p.m. Tickets can be purchased for only $6 each or passbooks of 10 tickets for $35 which can be used throughout the Series and are on sale now at Ticket Center Stage. AN AMERICAN IN PARIS' incredible music and dancing, including the iconic dream ballet, plus knockout performances (and choreography credits) by Gene Kelly, won the film six Oscars. Now on Broadway as a gorgeous stage revival that was nominated for several Tony Awards, AN AMERICAN IN PARIS celebrates 64 years of absolute romance and amazing dance. Not Rated.

Also enjoy FREE popcorn and FREE soda one hour prior to the film. Martin Beavis returns to play the Mighty Wurlitzer organ thirty minutes before the show. Also sticking to Victoria tradition, a classic cartoon will play before the movie begins.
