The Schuster Center Celebration Choir will present their annual Spring Concert, Sunday, April 29 at 4:00 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church. The concert is free and open to the public.
"The Schuster Center Celebration Choir is unique in Dayton, because of its membership from throughout the Dayton metropolitan area," says director Dr. Linda Snyder. "We pride ourselves with the wide diversity of the choir's repertoire - from spirituals and patriotic songs to musical theatre – which audiences will experience Sunday afternoon."
Sponsored by Victoria Theatre Association and the DP & L Company Foundation, the concert will feature the Schuster Center Celebration Choir, consisting of adults of all ages singing choral arrangement of American music along with selections from the popular Broadway musical, Les Misérables and the movie, Titanic. The choir is conducted by Linda Snyder, Professor and Coordinator of Voice Performance Studies at the University of Dayton. The choir's accompanist is Mary Fahrenbruck.
The Spring Concert, held at St. John's Lutheran Church, on Sunday, April 29 is free and open to the public and will begin at 4:00 PM.
